Tours of the Native Texas Park at the Bush Center

Dallas, TX (4/30/2015) – The George W. Bush Presidential Center has begun offering tours of the Native Texas Park every Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. through the end of May. The 15-acre urban park is filled with Blackland Prairie grasses, seasonal wildflowers, birds, and butterflies among other native plantings and species. The landscape reflects the Center's commitment to environmental conservation and restoration. Open to the public, participants may line up for tours at the Freedom Plaza fountain. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking the park's network of trails.
