This FOIA contains information memoranda from 2007 to President George W. Bush regarding The Technical Cooperation Program, as well as a memorandum discussing The Technical Cooperation Program. The electronic records in this FOIA consist of routine correspondence, organizational charts, talking points, published reports and papers, newsletters, and news articles. It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
