This FOIA primarily contains speech drafts, research material, and presentation copies of the 2004 State of the Union Address. A large quantity of material relates to the creation of the State of the Union Address, as the speech mentions the usage of steroids within professional sports. Other records include schedules for the President and the Chief of Staff Andrew Card, scheduling proposals, cabinet member schedules, working group meeting calendars, and policy time meeting calendars.
